We’re a volunteer-powered NGO on a mission to make sure no child is left behind as technology reshapes the world.
Our story
From one classroom to a movement
VidyaSetu Foundation began when a handful of software engineers started spending their weekends teaching neighbourhood children to code. The children’s curiosity was limitless — what they lacked was access.
Today that spark has grown into a network of volunteer mentors across dozens of community learning hubs, introducing children to coding, artificial intelligence and the digital skills the modern world runs on. Every session is free, and every mentor is a volunteer who simply wants to pass on what they know.
Our belief is simple: a child’s postcode should never decide whether they get to shape the future — or get shaped by it.
